In May, I will attempt the Massanutten Mountain Trail 100 mile run in Virginia, my first ultramarathon, to raise money for the National Park Foundation (NPF).
I’m running this race to honor my friend’s daughter, Brianna, who tragically lost her life back in February in a hiking accident in the Adirondacks in New York.
Brianna was just 21 years old. She was an avid outdoors woman with a passion for adventure and a deep love for our national parks.
Your support will benefit NPF's work to protect national parks and to create life-long connections to natural, cultural, and historical gems. As the official nonprofit partner of the National Park Service, NPF is responsible for protecting the parks for future generations.
Our national parks are a treasured resource shared by all, please support my efforts by making a donation today. You can also help by sharing my page with any friends you think might be interested in making a donation.
Thank you for your support!
