Hello Everyone!
My Mitzvah Project honors the Jewish value of Shmirat ha-Teva, or guarding the environment. I love spending time outdoors with my family, going skateboarding, playing soccer, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, and mountain biking. Yosemite National Park was where I went rock climbing for the very first time, and since then it has been one of my favorite places to visit.
Since the Torah instructs us to ‘preserve that which G-d has created,’ my Mitzvah Project is in support of the National Parks Foundation. This organization helps the National Park Service ensure that people of all backgrounds have access to the natural world, both now and for generations to come.
I hope that you will join me in fulfilling our responsibility to our world and make sure that our National Parks are cared for. Your support will benefit the NPF's work to protect national parks and to create life-long connections to natural, cultural, and historical gems. As the official nonprofit partner of the National Park Service, NPF is responsible for protecting the parks for future generations. You can also help by sharing my page with any friends you think might be interested in donation.
Thank you so much for your support!
Love,
Max
